I am a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, and I bring nearly two decades of real estate experience, deep community roots, and a genuine commitment to helping families make the right move. I’ve been married to Brian Hanchey for 24 years, and I’m a proud mother of one son, Andrew — my biggest inspiration.

I graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and later completed LSU’s Paralegal Studies Program, giving me a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and attention to detail. I’m an active member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Academy of the Sacred Heart Alumni, and Tri Sigma Alumni Sorority, and I’m grateful to be part of such a vibrant community.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2007, and I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors. I hold several professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Residential Specialist, Certified eMarketing Specialist, and a Accredited Staging Professional. These credentials allow me to offer my clients a higher level of service, strategy, and market insight.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a mortgage loan originator and regional mortgage trainer, which gives me a strong understanding of lending, financing, and the full home‑buying process. I use that knowledge every day to guide my clients with clarity and confidence.
